I won't go into a long detailed rant about this product. What I will say is that after I ordered it, what I got was far from what is being advertise. The ad you see on social media showing the LCD screen with a quality image on the back of the device is questionable advertising alone. The quality of the LCD on the Q2n-4K is equal to what we got on the early Flip Phones that had those pixelated screens. The audio is ok within 3 2 feet for speaking. The 4K doesn't look as good as the 1080p on my Logitec Logi 1080p computer streaming camera. It's so noisy even when aimed at my high-end LG 34-inch mat screen monitor. The signal to noise ratio for the camera is horrible in my estimation. Worst of all, the device isn't much larger than a GoPro action camera and doesn't come close to matching the quality of the GoPro. I contacted Zoom and am sending the device back. I believe that Zoom is one of the top audio device companies in the world but they have an extremely long way to go when it comes to adding video to their portfolio.

Be extremely careful that this camera does not tip over when attached to a tri pod, the housing that holds the tripod is not strong. That's exactly what happened to mine, 5 month old camera , now useless. Very disappointed that Zoom would not make this right and cover this under warranty.

How can i solve the problem wherein during viewing my video recording in my laptop the voice is ahead that what is seen in the video?

I think on another video someone said to change the audio sync setting to 180? Not sure what the 180 refers to but I remember the commenter saying it provides a tiny amount of ‘lag’ in the audio so they match up again…
