Fairly simple you just choose which hole fits your wrist best and put it on as if it were a bracelet with the clasp it has

yes you could depending on what you call casual. You can't wear it with loungewear/sportswear, but i would go nicely with a nice pair of jeans and a clean tee for example‧ If you want to make the watch even more casual you can change the bracelet for a NATO strap (a blue one for example). If you don't where to buy one, you can check out the website cheapestsnatostarps, and go for the normal ones ~5$ or the premium ones ~10$
