I did see some lists playing that and I'm not opposed! Using deadly dispute on the clues is great value and on curve, so I might do that myself! I will say though, Kor Skyfisher was my winning answer to Mono Blue Tempo when they started to use spreading seas on my dual lands lmao

Getting back in pauper with UB terror which have been loving. Than unexpected bonus at work had me randomly choose this from the meta list and wow has it been surprising. Built whatever list I found non budget and spent about $300 between mtgo version and paper plus sleeves and box but absolutely no regrets. I might like this more than terror just for how interesting and fun it is. So much action packed into one deck. Overall though can’t believe how awesome pauper decks are becoming. Also have a pioneer deck recently finished with modern as my main format but pauper is so fun at the moment I have to force myself to play the modern deck I’m trying to improve with and pioneer is lost in the dust with pauper being way more fun than pioneer

UB Terror and this are INSANELY fun decks! I'm glad you're enjoying it so much! Yeah, I heard some of the singles on MTGO are sky rocketing, like Pegasus, because of how badly the set failed. Which makes no sense to my why people allow Wizards to have a fake market for digital cards. JUST MAKE SINGLES PURCHASABLE. It's insane to me people spend money to trade cards with bots because Wizards won't just add a comprehensive marketplace like in Arena. It baffles me. Anyway. I'm glad you're enjoying the deck so much!

i've been playing this deck for some time now and is really fun and consistent, almost every game you can get to the end of the undercity, and revealing a vampire sovereign with it is really strong. also sorry for any misspell i'm actually from brazil

Omen of the dead is pretty sweat and I was thinking about that. I took the duress' out because I felt like I never had a card I needed to try to rip out of my opponents hand

THRAY-bin Rescue the FOAL (like Hole) not Fowl.... Fowls are birds lol Bogles not Boggles. BOW-gulls Sorry, grammar police in me coming out hard on this one lol On a serious note though, this deck is a beast. Hangs against Red with all the life-gain, out-draws most mid-range decks, and keeps evasive pressure on board reliably. I was incredibly impressed with it when I finally put it together myself. It is a very hard deck to beat. I would honestly even consider cutting the Custodi Squire for Palace Sentinels. Monarch and Initiative is just so much card advantage.

Okay, listen. Last time I reviewed Vampire Sovereign, I had to ask my wife like 4 times how to pronounce Sovereign lol. Palace Sentinel is also a great card in this deck! You can never go wrong with Monarch in Pauper. Personally, I'd say Thorn of the Blackrose for a death touch blocker to intimidate your opponents' big creatures!

Hey man, what site do you use for searching up potential cards for a deck? You mentioned a while ago you only searched white cards so you didnt see double cleave. Im assuming theres some place i can filter by rarity, colour, card type and whatnot? Kinda wanting to homebrew a classic mono red sligh/RDW pauper deck. Im most familiar with red so i have the general outline but im sure theres still tons of cards i dont know about

So you can either look up Magic the Gatherer on Google. It's Wizards official card library search engine. Just go to advanced search and filter out stuff you want to look for. Additionally, that search engine actually also has a phone app called Magic Companion; which again, allows you to filter for any Magic cards you want!

Hey it held it own haha! Is have to review the lists, i might have had 1 or 2 other cards different from yours (i am running 2 cats like in your list though). Im flirting with pulling 1 mana tithe for 1 more journey though. Mana tithe is super clutch early game but sometimes on turn 5 theres a big threat out and mana tithe has just been sitting in your hand and your thinking wow journey would save my ass right now lol. So im considering going 3 of each. Also long story but my play group is me and 2 buddies and the majority of the decks are mine cause i have 10 pauper decks…. So we just pick various decks and play different match ups. So anyways it was my buddy on my white heroic and i was the d bag on burn and dimir terror. The white deck was strong the previous weekend so i had to respond with 2 of my most degenerate decks

I'm pretty much into detroy evil over journey these day, the exile under is pretty useless and most of the things you got to destroy is over 4 toughness, instant speed is nice, and enchantment removal on the same slot is nice (espiecally since I run 4 dust to dust in every side, so it's often my only enchantment tech in the side)

Destroy Evil is an extremely good card for sure. I think that's a perfectly fine replacement! Yet I also think people prefer to use Journey because it gets passed indestructible. Kenku Artificer 3/3 indestructible artifact lands to start. Lol

@vincent-antoinesoucy1872 yeah, those 3/3s are extremely good blockers and basically stop us from doing damage up top. Additionally; you already have 4 cast downs in the deck. A destroy spell with 0 restrictions. So, having the exile is a good effect

I doubt it will be banned anytime soon, there is no reason to do it.

Vampire Sovereign can carry a game by itself sometimes, but for the most part, you're pretty much on point. No Goliath Paladin would make this deck just some niche tier 3 deck. With that being said, Paladin isn't going to get banned.

@GasStationSushiSkatesat48 when it comes to strength? This one is overall much stronger than the Jeskai list, primarily because of Goliath Paladin. They're each so different, though. When I'm playing them, I don't feel like I'm playing the same concept. Which is a fantastic thing considering they're both built around the same card. It's 👌
