@FordMrson so are you saying an equipment that would attach to Velo that would allow you to just tap him and deal damage to someone? The answer is no. What consistutes as combat damage is strictly damage done directly during the combat step where you're choosing to attack someone directly with your creautes! Even cards that say "target creature fights - " is not a form of combat damage

@@paperpauperplayer wait a bit not to velo an equipment equipped to some random creature where tapping it deals let's say x damage as x it could be (1.2 or more damage) if it does damage to the player does this consider a combat damage or combat damage is when he applies that damage to a creature where you use to block it?

@paneace2910 Klauth is definitely one of the greatest dragon cards ever printed and it isn't even close.

@dannyelrodriguez9994 oooooh that actually is a pretty damn sweet kill card. The only issue is there's too many non mountains. If this was mono red dragons approach, you'd maximize damage output, but playing this deck consistently (as it's my favorite deck), I may get to 4-5 "mountains" max. Cause the rest of the red sources are dual lands not typed "mountain". Definitely not a bad add, but majority of the time I think you'd want to grab a utility dragon over him. But slot him in and tell me how he does! I'd love to know! If you get a big drop with him and Fiery Emanc on the field, that'd be pretty sweet!

Based on that feedback then, maybe rite of the dragon caller may be a better include. It creates a 5/5 flyer for every instant and sorcery that you play. Problem is that it's 6 mana 😢

Mogis is still insanely fun but holy shit this deck has hilarious wins That card is fantastic but yeah, 6 mana definitely is a lot for this deck as is considering it's Boros and the cost of other, more crucial cards haha

@tokenbasteln so you're correct that Aggravated Assault and Neheb are ridiculous together, but 2 things: 1. For personal reasons, I don't play infinite combos. It's not how I enjoy playing the game, so I don't add them to my decks, but of course you're more than welcome to! 2. For logistical purposes, it puts way too big of a target on your back. The second one of those hit the board, it already makes everyone stare you down, much less trying to resolve the other? It's going to be very few and far in-between where you'd be able to reasonably get both out there without repercussions. That doesn't mean don't play it, it's just another reason why I don't haha As far as Leyline Tyrant goes, meh? It doesn't serve a purpose. All the dragons are fetchable and serve a different purpose. I'm already doing enough burn across the deck that he doesn't add anything to what the deck needs, which is utility. But feel free to add whatever dragons you want! There's definitely a selection of them that I wanted to add but couldn't fit!

@paperpauperplayer that's fair, I just think farewell is one of the most optimal board wipe to play these days. there are just so many ways to save your board from destroy effects now a days half the time when you cast a board wipe that doesn't exile one play saves their board and wins the game with swing out due to everyone else losing there boards

@paperpauperplayer i live in a rural area and just now looking into mtgo. Mostly played 25-28 years ago beside a few stints here and there. I have like 3-4 modern decks but only played a few times. We have fired a few pauper tournaments over the years but it's mostly standard and edh here which I'm not a fan of. My old ass hasn't been on a computer in over 15 years lol but I'm watching the videos and I can turn some cards so maybe I'll see you around. Thanks for the video, hope you and your wife are well. @ajneufeldt3487 you're 100% correct but consider trying to protect him for 5 rounds. Between your 3 opponents, that's 15 turns you have to protect him from getting hit at all. This is why Planeswalkers are bad in Commander. If the Commander doesn't have an actual valuable up-tick, then it isn't worth it. Sarhkans up-tick sucks lol

@pawelarwa6000 it's one thing to be environmentally conscious about the disposable plastic items you buy, but the creation of plastic toys is never going to go away, and it's significantly worse to sit there and waste paper indefinitely than to just buy a boogie board once. Blowing through paper is literally way worse lol And obviously using your phone is the best and most efficient tool, but if youre at an event all day, that's gonna require you to buy extra chargeable batteries which is also bad for the environment. There's no winning lol

@paperpauperplayer I stole the tables' lands last time on like turn 4-5 with Gilt-Leaf Archdruid and Seedborn Muse. They got so salty, haha. Might retire the deck to higher level play.

@ryanday633 100% agree! Trying to find merit in what would typically be bad cards makes deck building so much fun! Of course, Pauper has some of magics strongest cards of all time in it, but assuming you're brewing or basically just bot playing Red or Blue, it's definitely a creative outlet!
