Today we are unboxing or uncrating a BluePrint Chevrolet 350 crate engine! This one is going to be a fun one! I'm going to show you exactly what to expect and how to get the crate engine ready for install.
What we have is a BluePrint Engines BP3505CTC which makes 390 HP, 410 TQ with aluminum heads and a brand new cast iron block!
Compression ratio is 9.2:1, Cast Iron Crankshaft, 3.480 in. Stroke, Forged 5.700 in. connecting rods, Hypereutectic pistons, Internal Front/ External Rear engine balance. The camshaft is a roller with .495 Intake .502 Exhaust, 220 Intake / 224 Exhaust duration @ .050 - 114 degree lobe separation.
It even has a 4 bolt main and 1 piece rear main seal! This is one sweet engine!
This is such a great option for someone that doesn't want to rebuild their engine, doesn't have an engine to rebuild, or wants it done super fast! Shipping only took 2 days and was free with @SummitRacing
