Certainly would like to try a gan fet 3 phase evaluation kit, however they are priced at about $450 dollars. Very high for ebikes and drones.

Please note that the evaluation kits are priced as they are due to low volume manufacturing of these kits. In production, a GaN solution can be less costly than a silicon solution.
