Yes i did a video on TikTok about the same thing, i was excited to finally get the bag. Then disappointed at the same time because of the color difference.

@@nicolethomas5422 Sorry that happened to you, too. I’m wondering if there are different dye lots of the suede they’re using to make these bags. I’m keeping the bag, and I do love it, I did just want it a little darker.

Hi, love the bag! How would you maintain it since suede is a sensitive fabric? Any tips and tricks please? x

@@maruaj.chowdhury8312 That’s a really good question. I know there are sprays for suede which I’ve used on shoes but I’m not sure if I’d want to risk it on the bag without asking Coach. I think a suede brush is probably safe, but the best trick to keep suede looking good is to brush it with a stocking ( pantyhose). I’ve been doing that for years with my suede shoes and it really works. 👜

You may have wanted the maple one. Cedar is usually lighter than dark brown and to me it does loook like the website. It’s very nice but maybe you would enjoy the maple better.

@@KowalaNash Unfortunately this style doesn’t come in maple suede, but looking at all the bags before ordering I probably did see maple in another style and thought that was the color my bag was going to be. It’s okay, this is really nice, too. 🤎
