The block with the holes and the steel rods are to block a crochet project. You wet the item, place it on the board, add the pegs to stretch the item tightly and it shapes your project so it isn't all wonky after you've been working on it.

We have a fabric shower curtain on the inside and outside of the tub. I got my inspiration from staying in hotels. It’s what they do.

They do make fabric shower curtain liners to use in place of the plastic ones. You can have a plain white fabric liner on the inside and your pretty fabric shower curtain on the outside. You can wash both in the washer.

I have always washed my plastic shower curtain liners in the washer and dryer and I never get mildew and I can always wash it. The dryer does not melt my shower liners ever
