How do you determine if the green laser is pointing at the pole star? Does it cast a semi-transparent beam a short distance? Also, have you created a video yet showing the fine adjustments to the primary mirror? I have heard that the collimation of this scope can be very, very frustrating to set and maintain.

yes you are right green laser shows up a bright light which is visible in the night to point it to the pole star. May be I will do a video on how to do it in my future video. For collimation of scope you need to buy a laser collimeter this makes things easier. Its not hard to do when you use one screw at a time and keep observing in which direction the laser is moving to intelligently get it collimated for this no need to remove the inner lense that you have on the scope as recommended by other videos for me it stays collimated even with the lense installed just remove the eyepiece and insert your collimater to check the collimation. I will definately do another video to demonstrate this process. I hope this helps please stay tuned to my channel for my future videos

How do I handle the telescope, like if I want to watch every day or every other day should I assemble every time or can I move the mounted telescope around the house? Sorry for the naive question. Could you tell where the 0 in Right Ascension should be initially pointing to? Apart from the rotating knobs, Im actually able to rotate the RA dial itself. Could you please clarify on where 0 should point to? Thanks in advance.

That dial is basically useless, ignore it and just use your telescope

My finderscope image is upside down. Is it correct ?

If u have a reflector like theese then yes it has upside down images

U can replace it tho but if u don’t want your image upside down get an erecting eyepiece

The view in a finderscope, like that in a telescope, is upside down because the lens on the eyepiece is focused on the focal point of the main reflector (or lens) because the beams of light cross at the focal point this results in the image being inverted. you need to align your scope and finder scope first so that they point to the same location you can do that by using green laser or manual alignment by targeting an object in sky and point your telescope and finder scope to it.
