I remember when I converted my latrax to brushless I broke 3 or for 4 drive shafts and at least two gear boxes and stripped the stock spur gear completely.

Change the motor wires around you have the polarity reversed and try a 54 tooth spur and 14 tooth pinion on the motor. Part numbers 7591 and 7592 from traxxas

You may have your wires crossed where you have reverse as forward and forward as the reverse. Also, these cheap ese and mother combos can be used with a program card. I set it up on a Teton and it works great.

Hey buddy at 11:15 you your brakes are strong and you didn’t gain any performance. You have your wires Crossed. So you have to rewire it and run it then

Keep your head up buddy. I have the same $hit luck and have my whole life. You get knocked down, get up dust your @$$ off and keep going. It builds character. Also your moto wires are sdrawkcabackwards. Flip any 2 and your golden (works only on brushless). That terrible sound is little pieces or rock/dirt that get in where the driveshaft goes into the differential. I have the same ride and I've learned all this the hard way also. Limit donuts in the fine stuff and it won't happen as often. When it does clean it out right away or you will need a stack of gears.

You just need to flip 2 of the wires. Not sure which one cause there not marked like you said.

You have the polarity wrong. Switch 2 wires going to the motor and it will run 25+

I run hj 2200ma 25c 2s lipo with same goolrc motor and esc with 14 t pinion the battery is a little bit long so I had to strap it also deans t plug on battery. The battery is only 12.99.
