My Korg Poly 800. It has a short circuit. I don't find defective parts. Chips and transistors.

Thank you for posting this. It's great to see someone doing the hawk 800 mod- and that he's still making the kits. I've been wanting to do this with my poly800 and ex800 for years (though not sure which one first). Did it take long to arrive and have you tried MIDI sequencing with it yet? I see you use octamed for Amiga, cool. When I get things set up again I'll be back to running music-x on my a1200.

Thanks for the comments. These kits are done on pre-order basis, so it may take sometime to arrive. It is in my queue a video for 2021 using the sequencer follow note mode together with a drum machine. (When the sequencer is playing, it is possible to have the sequencer shift keys within a one octave range to match the last note played on the keyboard (or received from MIDI). Cheers.
