Looks impressive! Great review. Im not sure if it can do what i need: Switch function keys on a windows PC so as to have them as if it were a Mac (Ctrl, Opt, Cmd instead of Ctrl, Start, Alt). Im having to rely on SharpKeys to do this but its cumbersome to switch back and forth these key mappings since i have to logout for the registry to rewrite. could you enlighten me on this specific detail please? 😅

Hello there! Thank you for your comment and apologies for the late response. If I have understood your concern correctly, you would like to know if there is a way to assign different layouts to the keyboard for Mac and Windows? Through the Logitech Options software, you can redefine the layout of the keyboard's keys and the function of various keys. If you feel like it would help to have a video explanation on this, please let us know!

I'm sold on both the keyboard and mouse. For the Logitech Flow what do you need? both already paired on Bluetooth or from the Wireless USB? I need more details on that

Hi there! We are so glad to hear you are interested in the products featured in this video. If you want to learn more about Logitech flow, please consider reading this article: www.newcomme.com/what-is-logitech-flow-and-how-it-can-benefit-you/ In short, you will first have to make sure the devices you are trying to enable Flow with are connected to the same network. Then, pair the mouse and keyboard to your devices via Bluetooth or the wireless USB (both works!). Make sure you have the options software on your devices in order to benefit from the Flow feature. Hope that helps!

Hi, I have some questions, lets say I use the out of the box dongle on my pc but then I pair another device via bluetooth, how can I switch between dongle and bluetooth? The dongle gets paired with 1 and I have 2 and 3 free for bluetooth or how is it?

Hi there! You can connect to up three devices with the MX Keys in two different ways: You can either pair the devices via bluetooth and dongle and switch between them by pressing the 1, 2, or 3 buttons on the top center row of keys, or you can use flow to switch between devices. Hope that helps!

Many reviewers are confused about this feature. Only one device can be paired by dongle considering there's only one dongle. Two other devices can be paired via BT if the dongle is being used. Or you can choose to control 3 total BT devices without the use of the dongle. Translation: (USB Dongle + 2 BT devices) OR (3 BT devices)

hello may i know, that does the dongle able to use for one logitech silent mouse type? or do i need to use two separate dongle for it,

logitech use two different dongle, one bluetooth and one with some other technology. as long as both keyboard and mouse support same wireless transfer, you can use same dongle.

Are you saying you can't use this keyboard while it's charging?
@newcommea
@newcommea Жыл бұрын
Hello there! Thanks for your support and clarifying question. You can use the keyboard in wireless mode while it is charging via the USB-C cable. However, the cable itself cannot be utilized to connect to a device for functional purposes (besides charging). Hope that helps :)

@@newcommea sure. The fact it was very distracting. On off on off as you moved your hands over it. Had read about it but not seen it. So thanks again

Just not my kind of keyboard. But I digress. It works for those who simply type. Not game. Or want a real keyboard feels. No thanks. Just too "Apple" for my taste! I hate Apple. No getting around that. Apple sucks in my opinion.

@@newcommea It's not that I think these keyboards are junk.....they are just not my kind of keyboard. I have 2 mechanical keyboards. The SteelSeries Apex7 with Red Linear switches (full size), and my daily driver, the Alienware AW768 with Brown switches (also, full size). Both feature full RGB capabilities, but the Alienware keyboard is just so f.n comfortable to type on as well as game on! The last membrane keyboard I used was back in 2017. After I got my first mechanical model, a blue switch Havit keyboard, I never looked back.

Well I can’t stand mechanical keyboard. If you type a lot, it is nightmare. Loud, but what’s worst, is long travel and hard pressing needed. Really slow and really tiring. And if you don’t like Apple, well, it’s your opinion. You will hardly find better laptop than Macbook Air or Pro.
@CarnorJast1138
@CarnorJast1138 Жыл бұрын
@@ZhuJo99 I work with some Apple products, and my opinion, which is mine, stands. Apple sucks. The Macbook Air and Pro are trash, IMHO. But, in reference to mechanical keyboards, you obviously never typed on anything other than Blue Clicky models. Red Linear, Optical, and even some Browns, as well as any linear switch, have NO clicky noise, and have very little needed travel or pressing to get them to respond. Also, Optical, and SteelSeries' OmniPoint switches, allow for you to adjust how far the keys travel and when they actuate. They can be set to actually respond FASTER than any membrane key switch, and have even less travel!
