The price is ok. Maybe you can replace the fans with quiet PC fans.

They have to spin fast enough to pull in the particles. Otherwise it doesn't do anything.

@@GrapeHate This must always be considered in relative terms. Not every fan moves the same volume at the same RPM. A good fan can move a lot of volume even at low speed and/or is quieter at the same speed.

have you had issues with turbulence with this booth? i bought the same one and if i'm spraying at about 20+psi then it tends to not exhaust out and will spray back at me

No not really, I since moved on to mostly drybrushing... which doesn't need an exhaust. I now primaraly use this booth as a "photo booth" I like the LED lights from it really illuminates an object you're trying to record or take photo off:)
