Hello Rachel, thank you for this. I am a old, disabled lady, alone, and can only do colouring. I tried through your link to buy these, but sadly their PayPal link wouldn't work. I contacted Castle Arts, but said it worked from their end, and they wanted me to do screenshot and things I don't know how to do. So, sadly, 😢, I can't get them, but thank you for all your lovely videos. You are my companion..!! Bless you. Xx

I am sorry that the paypal was not working, someone else has been having problems with their site too, so perhaps if you try again tomorrow it might work. Alternatively, you may be able to buy when they become available on Amazon, although I am not sure when this will be and if they will be more expensive!

As far as I'm aware, Castle Arts is a British company with an American office 😊 they certainly started out with offices in the North East as Harry from The Art Gear Guide met up with them somewhere near Durham when they released the original set of colouring pencils. They have an address in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne so that would make sense. I got my set today and I'd used your affiliate link via Colouring Heaven's post so hopefully that gets to you! The ghosts was a cool way to show off the colours.

I came across your video by chance and love the colours in this set so I’ve treated myself to this, the metallic and pastel pencils. I want to start adult colouring again after a good few years but looks like I’ve got a way to go with all the beautiful colouring/art with coloured pencils these days! I was the person who made that comparison to the Gold set. I really love those dusky grays. I, too, played around with the Harmonious pencils today, coloring a multi-circle page so, like you, I could use all the pencils. They are lovely. And in coloring, the few pencils I felt were less pigmented during swatching were not noticeable in coloring the circles. I look forward to your chart.

There is the first video up now with the start of a page that I coloured with them. I have also made a comparison chart with them and prismacolors (was pretty tricky!) so if there are any specific colours in it you like, you might be able to fid them elsewhere. I am planning more comparison charts, if peopel want them.

Swatching the pencils on the ghost page was so much fun to watch :) Hopefully these pencils will be released on Amazon somewhere in the EU in the future so I can order them (Castle don't ship to Sweden at all). I think it applies for any first time buyer with castle, there is no specified end date on the information I have. I guess that means currently they have no plans to take it away and it has been in place ever since they launched their affiliate scheme

I wont be purchasing these due to they want me to spend $75 on their web site for free shipping, there is nothing else I am interested on their shop to make it to the free shipping level. I have purchased previous Castle Arts products on amazon with prime free shipping so unless they make it available that way then I can get other art products instead as I have so many on my list. My understanding (since other post is gone) as I understand it now its that these pencils are exclusive to their website thus will not be available on amazon. Anyways...just the same thank you for sharing!

I am not sure whether the UK link will then give you a discount on the French site, it is worth a try, you should be notified before you purchase. I would contact their customer services to ask about the log in problems that you are having.
