I was bored and reverse engineered the Rubies Gear box so now I can 3d print them out as a complete working gearbox that slides into the spirit trap to motorize the doors with little to no effort.

What did you use to replace the screws on the traps exterior? Can you link them please? As my trap DESPERATLY needs screw upgrades that more mimic the pack screw style.

I know. It’s a very basic design but it does work.

@@Cosplayvicar Yeah, Spirit Halloween has almost the same trap but the doors are spring loaded and there's no peddle.

I modified mine as well. I personally think the item is overpriced. If you look inside and how it’s made it’s actually quite cheap quality. It’s a great base to mod. It’s pretty easy to turn this cheap toy into a alright accurate prop. Great vid. (Also my handle on mine was Brocken off,)

I found with them , it never completely shuts off and the battery drains very quickly. I found if you position the power button 1/2 way between On/Off and it shuts off ,saving the battery
