The trays with the symbols and numbers represent sections of the map so you can store the game between the three campaign Acts.

Was initially out on this because no solo mode but I ended up getting everything because in Cole I trust and I have loved every game I’ve ever played of his (Pax Pamir, John Company, Root)

Shame you didn't take out the coloured player trays to reveal possibly the coolest component of the game, the rules booklet for law & edicts. Would have liked to see your reaction to that. It's very unique

19:10 The numbers represent spaces on the gameboard. Essentially allowing you to save your game state in case you can't finish a whole campaign in a day.

It's really good too. Curious to try the campaign myself. I'd say this could be a wargame, it just isn't about history.

Have you played yet? It’s so good. Works well at 2 players even!
