I have deployed mote than 40+ of same,, but none r having 10G SFP one, ur own demo product only shows 1G connectivity

1830 is a layer 2 switch, it doesn't support routing. You can only assign a single IP address to a management VLAN.

This switch.... isn't good for enterprise. SNMPv1, Auto-Voice VLAN (Using LLDP), no CLI. amongst other things Might as well buy a Netgear, TP-Link, D-Link.

The Aruba Instant On range is not recommended for Enterprise. It's simple user interface is meant for SMBs or SOHOs.
