Over the past week, the UK, at least the part where I live has been hit with the hottest weather recorded this year (so far) and I didn't have a fan so I saw this as an opportunity to get myself a fan.

We love this - its small and kzbin.infoUgkxlmCcACUKg6nJKF53Fy9qNgPlHio1azE1 light so you can carry it around to another room with ease. My son can operate the switch super easy with the 3-speeds. And the openings around the fan are not wide enough for tiny fingers which is perfect if you have young ones in the house . We would definitely purchase this again.

Apparently Emerson would manufacture fans for the United Kingdom, that are based on Lasko's fans that come in parts in the box in the United States. But the blades are attached to the shaft different from Lasko's, the blade fits snug fit in two pins and is fastened with a plastic screw instead of a plastic blade nut.

It needs to be oiled, it has stiff bearings which is why it stops so fast and doesn't start when you put it on speed 1. There are many tutorials on how to oil these.

I'm having the same problem as you was with the fan head not adjusting properly. I have opened the fan up and there are two springs, both of which dont have a place to fit. could you do a video showing how you fixed it in more detail?

These are cheap Chinese rubbish. They’re all over the market under different badges such as Pifco, Status, etc. The Honeywell HT90 or Black & Decker ones are much higher quality for only a £8 or so more.
