I agree, the knife isn’t ideal. I’ll have a review of a Santa kit up soon that has a much better knife.

I think maybe they are just putting in different types of knives into their kits. So if you do all the kits, you get all the different knives.

Yeah, I think that’s likely what they’re doing. I’d recommend either getting a carving knife to go along with this kit, or getting another one of their kits that includes a knife for the first purchase.
