okay so those who are wondering , no this kit isn't good for manga , the colored pencils are but the markers aren't this kit has tips you can use a ruler that is great i love the idea [ or pratice thingie] that note book and the doll. it kinda costs too much for what it's worth but if you are going to buy it also buy ink a brush and a nib pen [ or just buy pens that have the numbers on them like [ 0.5 , 0.7 and so on the smaller the thiner it is but get one brush for inking] the color of the markers ain't that good for manga and anime. but it's only my opinion . good luck to all :)

I bought this just to use the drawing model and art supplies but, i gave the sketchbook away tho and plus, the markers aren't that bad

When I first saw this lot online when looking for manga kits, I wasn't terribly impressed. Thankfully, I found a really nice kit by Deleter, which is a Japanese Manga art supply company and I saved up and got the one. They are expensive, but totally worth the money in the end. You get to use actual manga supplies an they are high quality. Faber Castell is not a bad brand, but I would not recommend this product for real Japanese manga. To the person who created this video, in future unboxing videos, could you maybe please show more respect to your things? Even if you do not like them, someone else might find a different way to be creative with these tools. Art supplies can be expensive, please respect them.

I prefer the How to Draw Manga kit, it comes with 3 pen nibs, a little book for techniques and some paper and screen tone. $50 seems like too much for simple felt-tip pens... Then again, that's just me...

man i have one of those and what u really need from that is the pencil sharpener the eraser and the thing on the back thats it and the other stuff on deleter manga shop

no actually their not the best for doing anime art [ or manga] i wouldn't recommend them, it's difficult to use even for pros it's like a normal children kit ,but it's cheaper i guess the tips are good for beginners [the notes on how to] the blacknote is good for idea and the ruler is great for newbies but the pencils and markers the style it self isn't good for manga. c: good luck
