Just bought this second hand and it goes reeeeally slowly, i.e. resistance is too high. Am I too light? Does the resistance lessen after a warmup? Do I just need to take smaller steps? (Surely the latter would limit my muscle movement…)

it takes time to warm up the fluid inside and after 10-20 min it will go easy

You can't. It's a cheap machine. Step on and that's it. But after 10-15 minutes it will go easier.

Hi, just with the calorie count, is it counting per movement? Because the numbers don’t accumulate and they go up and down.
