How they compare with similar raybans ?

The first pair of sunglasses I bought are from Ray-Ban (wayfarer) and still have them. I think the difference is the way they are built. The gucci are heavier and the material are much thicker. Their both from different manufactures. Gucci comes from Kering and Raybans are from Luxottica. I think it's up to you on your look. I like oversized style sunglasses and this GUCCI style is more my liking. You can't go wrong on either or, I guess it's up to the price point. Just go to a retailer and try them on and compare between the both. I also have 3 other Gucci Sunglasses, one that I beat up to hell and it's still looks brand new. I had to replace my other Ray-Ban, it got scratched to hell. After that I go go with Gucci and Louis Vuitton. I have a couple pair of LVs, had them for years and they still look brand new. @@innerchie thank you very much for the datailed reply. I sent an email today to Gucci if they have an agent in Cyprus, Europe. Also they do not use the standard sizing like ray ban 55 -18, 58-18 etc. And another important factor i did not notice on their web page if they mention for the partucular model whether is suitable for prescription lenses which is my case. Definitely i will buy a pair but i have to try them.

Wow that's amazing that you viewed my video from Cyprus.. Good luck on your search for the glasses.. You may want to do a search for this one as well. These are the ones that I use that is beat up but still looks brand new. I keep in my car sunglass holder and has been my go to when driving. My cousin actually had prescription lenses put in them.
