Their customer service is absolute dog shit. They stated 'express delivery' on their site but it turns out it takes 14 days to 4 weeks. I tried contacting them to clarify and they took TWO days to reply despite having an Instagram account actively posting stories and whatnot. Also please be careful on their site, there's a button to change from USD to your native currency. If your native currency is also using dollars please be careful when checking out. It actually reverts back to USD and is not shown so you might think that after applying the promo code your item is cheap because if you're using another dollar like CAD/AUD/SGD it's actually misleading.
