I stand at my job for 10 hours a day 6 days a week and after work my joints would be hurting and muscles would be sore. Once I started using my vibration platform it help my sore back and muscles by releasing the lactic acids buildup in my sore muscles and really helped with relaxing knees and lower back. It’s been absolutely amazing and a life saver. I use it after work before bed and again before I head to work.

This is my second vibration oscillating machine kzbin.infoUgkxfz4_K0hTJKkW57TijFZ22TJNCBCKBqZz and this one has a lot more variations and the quality is really good. My other one has a handle but with this one it’s not required the platform is wide enough and the length to be able to do more exercises with and without the handle I can do leg lifts. I use it not only for pain relief but also to help me with Diabetes circulation issues. This was a great present to myself!! It is heavy so be aware of that it’s roughly close to 40-50 lbs but still easy to move when needed. Revision 3/1/21 ; it does weigh exactly how their website mentions and really enjoy this machine and they way it shows on the platform areas to put your feet and what type of exercises it is. I have recommended their machine to my co-workers as well as my MT students. Love their customer Service for any questions or concerns very helpful and courteous!

@@noelgreer if you bend your knees your joints throughout your body absorb the vibration. If you lock your legs out the movement goes up into your neck and head. The more correctly you train in the machine the greater you learn where to direct the vibration to unlock tight muscles and release sticky joints.

@@jlg3315 This has been my experience with this kind of exercise equipment. My machine was less than AUD $200. I never owned one before. Was not motivated for a gym membership. I oscillate the machine at the max speed and place my feet wide apart on the platform for intense vibration equivalent to a good cardio workout. These vibration platforms do accommodate your preferred intensity including placing your feet on the platform whilst you're sitting on the sofa watching tele. My machine only allows 10min for each session. I use it daily mostly at the 10 minute session but at times will increase it 20 mins. Most brands will state the maximum weight the machine is built for. Mine came with a remote control and bluetooth. I'm now 183cm and 85kg. My balance and flexibility has improved so much. My tummy is flatter, better posture & firmer butt. I've lost 10kg since buying the machine at least 2 years ago. I do use the machine in conjunction with healthy eating, non drinker, and keep well hydrated with water. I do eat junk food but keep it in moderation. Not sure my information is helpful for anyone. Glad to contribute my story to this forum. 🙏

Can you over use this machine? Is it ok to do this multiple times a day?
@DrDansPlan
@DrDansPlan 3 жыл бұрын
Hey buddy as with any exercise building up tolerance is important. My weekend workouts typically consist of 30-60m hypervibe sessions alternating 10m sets between upper and lower body. There is a cardiovascular, neurological and muscular activation/stimulation like nothing else. The body feels refreshed, strong and incredibly loose and mobile. I spend time directing the vibration throughout my system to hunt out tight restricted areas and teach my body how to easily absorb the power of whole body vibration. Short answer - absolutely OK to use multiple times /day of you have tolerance. If one session is challenging spend the first few weeks just doing 1 - 10m session daily to see how your body responds a day or 2 days later, noting soreness and imbalances present that you can focus on.

I wouldn't claim a cognitive improvement anywhere near the boost from a cup of coffee; the "WBV effect" simultaneously energizing yet relaxing -- as if you were jogging for 5 minutes but without losing any energy and elevated heart rate.

Hello Tan, So in most videos on KZbin and my personal instagram page, I am also using a Naboso Barefoot neurosensory training mat. This is a textured proprioceptive mat intended to stimulate and activate the nervous system and intrinsic muscular system by sensory input. With any 'intentional' movement there is cognitive stimulation and activation. If you learn how to dance you are building new neurons and neuro pathways. All of my movement and the movement that I teach on hypervibe is focused and intented to stimulate muscles, ligaments and reposition bones. Yes, when used correctly and regularly, as with any exercise, you will see cognitive improvement.

Yes this is a form of exercise that can help to improve lymphatic flow, circulation and stimulate/activate multiple muscle groups. Many people can experience weightloss in just a few weeks. Diet, water consumption and stress relief are also important factors for weight loss!

Your comment about people with degenerative joint diseases like arthritis that makes then stiff "shouldn't let it happen" is incredibly offensive and uneducated. As a person with multiple auto immune disorders including rheumatoid arthritis i can assure you i did not "let it happen" and the very fact that i and others are watching this video is an indication that i/we are interested in looking at possible do-able exercises. I will however look elsewhere for my how to's as i can not trust the advice of someone who tells me just to "not let it happen". For anyone else with RA watching this, unlike many other things RA is not a "push through the pain" or "feel the burn" kind of disorder, as the only thing that does is sets off flares and damages joints. Yes exercuse is good overall within your limitations. But RA is not a case of mind over matter. I will seek excercise advice for my vibrating plate from other sources.
@DrDansPlan
@DrDansPlan 2 жыл бұрын
Hello Lara, sorry for upsetting you. There are many things you can do to eliminate autoimmune conditions and improve body health. Unfortunately most people seek conservative care much later then diagnosis of such conditions so healing time can take much longer and protocols including nutrition, detoxification, and exercise can take much longer. I suggest you work with a functional medicine practitioner and a skilled rehab chiropractor to start your healing process
@tonya.vahle80
@tonya.vahle80 Жыл бұрын
Do you even understand what RA is? Or auto immunity is? Your lifestyle is definitely to blame. RA is an overly toxic body. Vaccines can cause it, the chemicals and junk food can cause it, the places you decide to work at can cause it. I have osteopenia and arthritis and i do blame myself, it is my fault what I choose to eat and doing floors on my knees many years not listening to others warning me. He is right in that we shouldn't allow our bodies to become unmovable. If you can't detox due to low glutathione, you can fix it. Its not hard to fix and he's trying to help with his knowledge on the vibration plates. He's not charging you so if you wanna go else where because he offended you, go ahead but you are too damn sensitive to your own feelings and thats a huge problem for you because life is stressful enough and stress is a silent killer. Truthfully you'll need to get stronger at mind and stop being offended because he can say what he wants and should be able to. If your offended, thats your problem, not anyone else's. Thats for your own benefit to be honest. Have a nice day!!

That's not an allergy that's a massive histamine release and circulation Improvement flushing toxins out of intracellular space keep going bitching will get better as your body builds new capillaries there are a number of nutritional supplements, Clean Diet, Water, etc that are important to improve the detoxification. You could look at intracellular micronutrient testing like the Genova Diagnostics nutreval for further evaluation from a functional medicine perspective.

I have a question, Dr. Dan. I ordered a Power Plate Move. I will be 78 in a few days. I have primary lymphedema in my left leg, and arthritic knees. I know this machine will help lots of things so I would like to donate my treadmill if the vibration can replace it. I also have a rebounder but to be honest, I haven't been using it regularly, so I assume the vibration would replace it? My question is whether to keep the treadmill and rebounder.
