I stand at my job for 10 hours a day 6 days a week and after work my joints would be hurting and muscles would be sore. Once I started using my vibration platform it help my sore back and muscles by releasing the lactic acids buildup in my sore muscles and really helped with relaxing knees and lower back. It’s been absolutely amazing and a life saver. I use it after work before bed and again before I head to work.

This is my second vibration oscillating machine kzbin.infoUgkxfz4_K0hTJKkW57TijFZ22TJNCBCKBqZz and this one has a lot more variations and the quality is really good. My other one has a handle but with this one it’s not required the platform is wide enough and the length to be able to do more exercises with and without the handle I can do leg lifts. I use it not only for pain relief but also to help me with Diabetes circulation issues. This was a great present to myself!! It is heavy so be aware of that it’s roughly close to 40-50 lbs but still easy to move when needed. Revision 3/1/21 ; it does weigh exactly how their website mentions and really enjoy this machine and they way it shows on the platform areas to put your feet and what type of exercises it is. I have recommended their machine to my co-workers as well as my MT students. Love their customer Service for any questions or concerns very helpful and courteous!

@@jlg3315 This has been my experience with this kind of exercise equipment. My machine was less than AUD $200. I never owned one before. Was not motivated for a gym membership. I oscillate the machine at the max speed and place my feet wide apart on the platform for intense vibration equivalent to a good cardio workout. These vibration platforms do accommodate your preferred intensity including placing your feet on the platform whilst you're sitting on the sofa watching tele. My machine only allows 10min for each session. I use it daily mostly at the 10 minute session but at times will increase it 20 mins. Most brands will state the maximum weight the machine is built for. Mine came with a remote control and bluetooth. I'm now 183cm and 85kg. My balance and flexibility has improved so much. My tummy is flatter, better posture & firmer butt. I've lost 10kg since buying the machine at least 2 years ago. I do use the machine in conjunction with healthy eating, non drinker, and keep well hydrated with water. I do eat junk food but keep it in moderation. Not sure my information is helpful for anyone. Glad to contribute my story to this forum. 🙏

Can you over use this machine? Is it ok to do this multiple times a day?
@DrDansPlan4 жыл бұрын
Hey buddy as with any exercise building up tolerance is important. My weekend workouts typically consist of 30-60m hypervibe sessions alternating 10m sets between upper and lower body. There is a cardiovascular, neurological and muscular activation/stimulation like nothing else. The body feels refreshed, strong and incredibly loose and mobile. I spend time directing the vibration throughout my system to hunt out tight restricted areas and teach my body how to easily absorb the power of whole body vibration. Short answer - absolutely OK to use multiple times /day of you have tolerance. If one session is challenging spend the first few weeks just doing 1 - 10m session daily to see how your body responds a day or 2 days later, noting soreness and imbalances present that you can focus on.

Will this make my butt flat..
@DrDansPlan2 жыл бұрын
Well, it will help to burn fat and build lean muscle when used correctly. If anything it can help your glutes to grow.

Would you recommend using this on clients right before getting an ultrasonic cavitation treatment?
@DrDansPlan3 жыл бұрын
Hello! I do not have experience with US cavitation tx. I do firmly believe in the positive benefits of weight loss/fat loss from hypervibe alone, so they may be a great pairing.

Does this help lose weight?
@DrDansPlan4 жыл бұрын
Yes this is a form of exercise that can help to improve lymphatic flow, circulation and stimulate/activate multiple muscle groups. Many people can experience weightloss in just a few weeks. Diet, water consumption and stress relief are also important factors for weight loss!

How many calories we burn in 14 min?
@vibratation30403 жыл бұрын
Standing on a vibration machine won't burn calories; unless you're doing squats or using weights. The "WBV effect" doesn't require exercise, just standing peacefully still.

how does vibration motor burn so much calories in a small time?? My gym vibration motor show In 10 minutes it's burn 348 calories!! How??

You answer all the comments so far. I must know: is the WBV any good for ruptured/herniated discs and or for fractured/torn tendon ankles?

Correct movement in all aspects of life is integral for healing of damaged tissues. This is one form of exercise that when used correctly can increase the healing capacity of various tissues. Other factors such as nutritional deficiencies, dehydration, and even emotional stress can reduce healing capacity. Work with a practitioner who can identify your imbalances and get you in path to healing and longevity. Goata movement can set you up for success!

I wouldn't recommend starting anything new week before your first marathon. Stay true to your training and start with hyperventilate be as soon as you cross the finish line!

Anywhere from 10m to 40 or 50m as your muscle strength and stamina builds up. Please however watch the other videos and ensure that your feet, knees, hips, and spine is in correct position for muscle, ligament and joint health!

I was wondering with the increase of circulation and oxygenation if there are any known cognitive improvements.
@vibratation30403 жыл бұрын
I wouldn't claim a cognitive improvement anywhere near the boost from a cup of coffee; the "WBV effect" simultaneously energizing yet relaxing -- as if you were jogging for 5 minutes but without losing any energy and elevated heart rate.

Hello Tan, So in most videos on KZbin and my personal instagram page, I am also using a Naboso Barefoot neurosensory training mat. This is a textured proprioceptive mat intended to stimulate and activate the nervous system and intrinsic muscular system by sensory input. With any 'intentional' movement there is cognitive stimulation and activation. If you learn how to dance you are building new neurons and neuro pathways. All of my movement and the movement that I teach on hypervibe is focused and intented to stimulate muscles, ligaments and reposition bones. Yes, when used correctly and regularly, as with any exercise, you will see cognitive improvement.
