Thank you for the great video! I have a question: the art that you submit, are they digital art only? I don’t do digital art. Is it possible I can upload my art done on canvas with acrylic? Also, when taking the picture of the art, can you use your iPhone? (Mine is iPhone 13, Regular). Or do you need a professional camera? Thank you so much in advance!

You can submit traditional art by scanning or taking a picture! You can definitely use an iPhone 13 to get a good enough quality photo, just make sure your lighting is even and everything is focus and not skewed by the camera angle.

Your Darkness print came out super crisp!! I have a few questions I'm completely lost 😭. What dimensions/DPI did you create it in? What canvas size did you order it in? It's the perfect size for me. I create my artworks in 3000 x 3750 at 300 DPI and I'm not sure if it would come out as good as yours. If i up my original artwork DPI to 600 would that make a difference or would I need to start the artwork at 600 DPI from scratch for better results?

300 DPI is enough for print quality and your dimensions are large enough to have a good resolution. I ordered the 12 x 15 inch dimensions, but this ratio will be different from the original image as they add a white border around your art. For best results though, the max dimensions are 6600x10200 px to have larger size prints, again 300 dpi is fine for print but as you get larger in print size its also better to go up in dpi but not required
