A-Tech Officials - When turning on the Gamepad If all the 4 LEDs are blinking then it means the Gamepad is not connected. If 2nd and 4th LEDs glows/light up then it means the Gamepad is in XInput Mode. If 1st and 3rd LEDs glows/light up then it means the Gamepad is in DirectInput Mode. Check if your Gamepad is in Xinput mode if the Gamepad is not in XInput mode then switch to Xinput mode by pressing/holding the home button of the Gamepad for 15 seconds. This might solve your problem in CS GO.

Should I go for wireless or purchase a wired one only as I am fearing the wireless may face connection stability and disruption issue. Do you faced it? Also what about the battery backup. Is it good as promised (up to 10 hrs.)?

And the wireless variant of this Gamepad does not cause any connection stability issue or any disruption issue. As I have used this Gamepad for the past few months and I haven't faced and connection stability issue and the Gamepad works fine. Talking about the battery it was mentioned on the box that this Gamepad can work up to 10 hrs. and Yes the company keeps its promise and the Gamepad actually worked for around 9.8 to 10 hrs.

A-Tech Officials - Don't Worry there are 2 different types of light blinking indication that are present in this gamepad. 1. If the gamepad is connected with the PC through USB Wifi Receiver and the LED Indicator lights present on it are blinking then it means your gamepad has low battery and it can switch off at any time. 2. If the gamepad's USB WiFi Receiver is not connected with the PC or laptop and the gamepad is also turned on and the LED Indicator lights are blinking then it is indicating that the Gamepad is searching for connection and the gamepad is not connected with the USB WiFi Receiver. If any one one of the Case is happening with your gamepad then there is no need to worry because your gamepad is fine. And if something different issues is happening with your gamepad then you can mention your problem briefly in the comment section and we will try to solve your problem.

A-Tech Officials - The turbo button allows the user to configure the weapons to shoot in bursts. Using turbo button the user can set any one key of the Gamepad to work as a bursts key so that the user can shoot quickly. It basically gives the user a tactile advantage in shooting games. To enable/set any key of the Gamepad as a burst/turbo key follow the steps given below: First press the turbo key then hold the key you want to use as bursts (eg.- Turbo + A) and the that key will become the bursts key. *Repeat the above same procedure to disable/cancel the bursts key.

+Vinu Varshath A-Tech Officials - Yes, this gamepad will work without driver installation but you might face some problems in most of the games and the vibration motor will also not work with the game scenario. So I recommend you to install the drivers. If your laptop doesn't have a dvd/optical drive then you can also search for redgear drivers online or just do one thing take the gamepad disc and insert it into your PC and then copy the driver setup inside the disk and then paste it in a storage device which you can later connect to your laptop.

A-Tech Officials - Its been 12 months and I am still using this gamepad it is durable and its body is made up of ABS plastic and it also has rubber grips on it which help the user to properly hold the device. Its X and y joystics are still functional and are in great condition and all the buttons and the D Pad is also working. The only problem with this gamepad is that its USB WiFi Receiver is made up of very non durable plastic material which can easily break if not kept with care.

Souhardya Dutta A-Tech Officials:- This gamepad has two different operating modes 1.Xinput mode 2.DirectInput mode If you will put the gamepad on Xinput mode(which is the default mode) it will automatically configure the game controls and it will be ready to play that game. But if you will switch to Directinput mode you will have to manually configure the gamepad to the game by going in game settings and have to manually assigned the controls.

Second, if then also it didn’t work go into your games settings and select input mode as gamepad. And make sure you have connected the wireless receiver (that came with the gamepad)into your PC or laptop. If these solutions doesn’t work then it means your game doesn’t support this gamepad.

A-Tech Officials - Now that's an interesting questions. As we know that Retropie is based upon the Raspbian OS which is a linux distros. We haven't tried/used this gamepad on a linux system, so we are not sure whether it will work properly or if it will be detected by the linux OS. A-Tech Officials - The Gamepad comes with 2 different mode direct input mode and X input mode. To use the Gamepad in games you need to switch to X input mode. To switch to X-input mode follow the steps given below: Hold the home button of gamepad for 10 seconds until the led no. 2 and 4 of the Gamepad turns on(The Blue Led). This will switch the Gamepad into X-input mode and then you can use the Gamepad to play games.
