bro, plz check n compare stratos xenon with logitech's f310 or f710. n want an opinion on why logi gives 3 yrs warranty while others including PlayStation/ Xbox ctrllers give only 1yr... n did u face drifting issues in any cosmic byte ctrllers?

Sure bro. I've kept both the gamepads in my future purchase list. But I already know the reason for 3 years warranty, it's their quality and durability which is far better than cosmic byte. And no, no drifting issues in either of my gamepads till date.

The stratos xenon don't won't work. The new ares dongle will also not work. You can try getting your hands on a nebula receiver, that should work for you if the redgear one is out of stock.

I buyed ares white 2023 and its not working with redgear pro dongle although in my gamepad settings ares gamepad is shown as redgear pro gamepad which is STRANGE if i use it as d input then it says cosmic byte ares otherwise it says redgear

The new ares dongle will only work with Ares Gamepad with Serial Numbers: ARESWIL202210 and higher; where 2022 is year and 10 is month. If your gamepad has above kind of serial number then only the new ares dongle is compatible. I confusion is still there then I'd recommend first contacting company customer service as they have the best idea.
