Hiya! Yeah its just so badly designed for the battery. I have swapped it out for a PEQ box and it looks sooo much better! and works better too, watch out for pics of it coming to my socials soon! Pheas

@@PheasAirsoft do you reckon you could get a small stick lipo into the bottom of the front handguard? I am not so keen on externally battery boxes/grips but like this Rif.

@@harryhailwood1761 It would have to be SUPER thin I think.... I do however have a shorter version of this at the moment (it was a bday present to myself) which has the same rail just shorter. So will check tonight probably to see if it will indeed fit one in there. On mine... I am going to rear wire it and have (drunkenly) purchased the laylay AR stock adapter for the G3 (£50 for a lump of plastic adapter with no stock tube or stock ) to have the wiring to the stock tube or the stock in general. Hey, just asking if you encountered any material failures in the meantime, assuming you've used it often enough, and if you'd feel comfortable attaching a sling to it (between the loop on the gas block and the buttplate). I'm really unsure about the plastic construction, even though I seriously consider buying it. Your input would help me greatly :)

Hello! I didnt keep it for very long, but I did abuse it a little bit and it coped very very well with the abuse I gave. From what I have seen generally the weakest point is around where the rail unit / outer barrel join to the body, so if you can take a little more care to pkeep a bit of pressure of that you will be golden for a VERY long time. I was and still am impressed that despite it being plastic it is pretty solid! Pheas

Hey is the charging handle guide also made of metal or abs plastic like the receiver?

The charging handle is a soft / weak metal, so just be careful as if you do too many HK slaps (admit it, we all love doing it) it will snap off! Pheas

Hiya, with the body being polymer, it can be a bit front heavy, the metal stock does a lot to counter some of the weight so it's not too bad, but certainly can be noticed that it's more front heavy. Pheas
