Good review one thing is the Keurig K Supreme is almost identical to the plus same view screen and most setting are the same. The only difference is the plus has 4 oz setting and the plus is built with steel than plastic housing, the supreme is going for $129 and the plus is going for $155 Amazon price for both

Hey really love the video only one issue, when you check the temperature of the drink you don’t want to touch the bottom of the cup it gives you an inaccurate reading, also you have to use different cups since the temp will already be elevated. But besides that the attention to detail and explanation in the video is amazing Loved every second and it help me make a choice in purchasing a kuerig.

Take the red ring out of the My Kcup on these machines as otherwise, it blocks 4 of your 5 multistream holes.

I used to use a Keurig machine to brew loose leaf tea using their My K-Cup, I then switched to the Breville Tea Maker which brews tea to perfection but I don't like how it takes 5 minutes or more to make a cup. The temperature and strength settings on this Keurig should allow it to be customized to do almost any type of tea from black to green to herbal which all require different brew temperatures and times so I'm going to get this one. I can't wait to be able to get a cup of tea in 1-2 minutes instead of 5+.

Have the K-Supreme Plus and first descale; the unit will not power on. It seems like there is an ongoing issue with this unit. It worked fine for a while and the descale light came on. I kept using the brewer with the descale light on because we have whole house filtered water I decided to purchase the Keurig Descale kit and followed all directions but unit just shut off and will not come back on. It seems that is an internal thermal reset switch that once pushed will allow the unit to brew again but it is tough to get into.

Thanks Robert and honestly using the smart versus the one that's not smart the K Supreme Plus they both make good coffee if you want it hotter I think the smart can help out with that a little bit

The only thing I do know is that can use up to 1400 Watts but I would contact Keurig for more information I'm sorry I couldn't be of much help

If the Kcups are the same size, how do they get 12 oz coffee out of a 2 tablespoon amount of coffee designed for a 6oz cup?

The only thing that interests me is the hottest setting, otherwise scheduling a coffee for a K-cup seems a little much as it takes 2 seconds to put a pod into the machine, and all the wi-fi stuff with brew ID is really a waste of time - they are trying to copy Nespresso for their speciality pods (this is a waste).... My recommended brew does not come up on my screen. Brew ID and everything else works. I have to make my selections manually.

I actually got this unit today. Everything works but the recommended brew button. It does not show on the screen the recommended brew. I have to do it manually. Is it something I can do about this?

Hi congrats! That really depends on what k cups you’re using. Not all brand support that. I believe it Hass to have a QR code on the top.

I've used Warehouse brands the only difference is it won't be able to read the cup because they won't be a QR code but it will actually make a cup of coffee so that works
