Unboxing Kingdom Death: Monster 1.6! Terrifying in so many ways!

I just got KDM 1.6 about a month ago, have started a couple campaigns and played up to about LY7. So far it's frustrating, brutal and magnificent. I really like it. The miniatures are a thing, I had no experience either. Loctite glue, good plastic clippers, clean surface and non-carpet floor for the inevitable moments where a tiny piece of plastic goes flying out of your hands. I've lost 3 minor pieces in the gray carpet of my office. Then I just used silver and gold primer on the survivors/enemies, I don't have the skill or time to get intense with the detail. They're more statuesque this way, I guess. Good luck and have fun--if hardcore nightmare settlement management and battles are your thing, you'll love the game. Subscribing to watch the journey. :)

With the Loctite glue, did you get the quick drying liquid glue? I've seen that recommended for Core Space (which I received last week) so if it'll do the job for both then that'll be ideal! Doubt I'll bother with any sort of primer as I seem to be one of the few who likes the standard grey look of minis and, also, there's no chance I'll be able to paint them. Thank you so much for subscribing! Hoping to start the campaign in a month or so.

@@Deltium5683 I only have 1.6 so don't know. Quick search makes it seem there may be minor updates/clarifications but nothing major. Errata fixes, etc.

@@theboardmasters5800 exactly.. Its something about not having time, that tricks you into purschasing thing you suddenly believe youll have time too ;) Its all an illusion. But at least your kid is old enough to participate in an campaign?
