I'm a New Subbie! Your handbag is beautiful! However, you paid your hard earned money. Idc what LV said I would have taken that handbag as many times as necessary to get a flawless handbag. I purchased the pochette metis in reverse monogram. I was so excited bc I had been wanting that handbag for years. When I got the handbag home. I noticed the clasp was crooked. I took that handbag right back to the store.

I think another con was how bad is the attitude of those SA tho 😂 I’m getting tired of hearing same stories about SA (not all i supposed) who can’t be nicer & polite especially when the store is not theirs 😅 and the fact that customers pay huge money for the items 🥹 I’ve one bad experience with LV. Please ensure that you inspect your bags before you purchase them because LV’s quality has really gone downhill. If I am spending this amount of money on a bag I will not accept anything less than a perfect item.

I would have returned it and just ordered it online. Seriously... I've had to do that a couple times. Never take their store credit. I've returned several bags with issues. I know they don't like it but it's my money!🤯😱😆How rude... seriously. I wouldn't have paid for the glazing. I would complain to the manager immediately. You need a brand new bag at this point!🥺

Omg just bought mine yesterday, actually I’m actually re purchase east west I return exactly bumbag, I decided to buy east west apparently there is only one available east west which they give me on the display bag, I said I need new one not the display, manager said display is always new wen people purchase one and they put always new one, I’m upset because I want new one and it’s only 1 available yesterday, but I checked the bag since everything ok 😮
