Uh, you can't put parrot fish. Catfish live in Freshwater and Parrot Fish live in Saltwater. But if you mean Parrot Cichlid, You can't. Because they are aggressive to other aggressive fish.

Why not have the Albino Clowns in lower water level to help with pressure. Might help clowns to acclimate and get they bearing better? Discus are acclimated in low tank water.
