What size breaker for the xi3 55 on a kayak? I am currently running 50amp breaker and 6ga wire. After about 1 mile on full speed, to e breaker trips.

Question. I have a 2007 Tahoe 195 deck/fish with 150/OB. I don’t want to overspend for this boat so I got my eye on 24v xi3 70lb GPS model. Just local lake use. Do you think that xi3 will suffice for 3300lb boat?

When I set my xi3 to anchor mode it seems to be hit or miss to keep it within a 5’ to 20’ area. When I come up to a spot and push anchor, almost every time, it immediately reverses is backwards about 10-15’ and then slowly creeps up to within about 5’ of the spot. Any tips or tricks to using anchor mode effectively?
