What I learned is, don’t have a white or light color mouth guard. Last thing you want to see, is you blood. And second last thing you want is your sparring partner/opponent to see your blood on your mouthguard.

I’m trying to find a good mouth guard before I start kickboxing. Do I need a mouth guard with a space for the bottom teeth too or do you only really need the top part?

Hey man! Happy to help. You only need the top. When you're fighting, you will bite down and the purpose of the mouthguard is to absorb the shock of getting hit. Good luck in your kickboxing!

All preference, if you’ve gagged with mouthguards before, I’d trim it, or if you’ve never used a mouthguard before I’d also trim it.

This is my question so what about my bottom teeth I just feel like there is not enough protection. For them or am I just wrong with this personally want a mouth guard for inline skating and boxing. I would like support for my bottom teeth while skating. Just send you're opinions my way appreciate it good or bad.

honestly you have to heat the bottom to make the imprint of the bottom teeth so you can bit down into this mouth guard, if you use it how he has it your jaw will still slide

I got the muay thai one and it doesnt feel as right on teeth as yours appears to. I couldnt easily flick it out with my tongue but it easily pushed off with my tongue and upper lip ... Kinda disappointed

Hey July - This is the anti-microbial case. I think it was $5 extra if I remember correctly.
