@@xfinitytv2111 My personal favorite sim is Automobilista because of the amazing amount of content that use the rfactor engine and the ease of converting them to work with AMS. But for people starting out AC and PC2 is the easiest entry point.

Might be nice to develop some racing skills before you crash into a wall irl. You can easily get started with a rig for like $200. No need to jump straight in with midrange hardware and a full cockpit.

i`m not bashing the PS4. It just doesn`t have any actual serious racing sims, except assetto corsa, which still is the lesser version to the PC one. PCars was always criticized for its physics. I`m saying if you have a ballin racing sim rig, why not actually use it with actual serious racing sim games like iRacing, rFactor or AC

Lerm you missed my point. I'm talking about how realistic they are, not about fun es huh one gives. Pcars even tough is not the best it has much more realistic physics than GT or forza, that's why it's kinda wasted. If you buy a mid-top range Sim racing cockpit and use it to play simcades like forza or GT it's wasting all of the potential, in my opinion... Why buy the most realistic setup if you are playing simcades? Just buy a logitech weel, you are probably going to have the same/more fun with a 300$ setup, that's what I wanted to say :D

@@jxckc351 I guess it's preference.Obviously nothing beats real life, but this is as close as you'll get to for example drifting a JZX on some mountain in Japan if you're on a budget. I find these sims a little excessive when they get higher up the thousands but then I don't really like racing so idk.
