Ditch the bluetooth (defeats the purpose of listening to vinyl), get a vintage Realistic receiver (they’re inexpensive), and some thrift store passive speakers, and, coupled with that TT you’d have a kickass system.

This video is a few years old so I have updated my setup. I have a wired connection now that I use with my powered speakers on that TT. The sounds is better. I don’t have an interest in getting a receiver or passive speakers right now due to budget and space, but maybe I’ll go that route one day. I like my powered speakers a lot because I can adjust treble and bass to my liking to make the sound more powerful imo.

thinking about getting this one! Can you also turn up and down the volume and can it run all sizes of vinyl? And the brands of the speakers you've used, which of those specific models would you recommend?

You can't adjust the volume on the record player, that's done through the speakers. It can play 12" and 7" vinyl. If you're gonna get this ATLP60XBT I recommend my Cyber Acoustics speakers (SP34BT model). But you should research other brands and models because I don't know your budget or what exactly you're looking for. I've only used Cyber Acoustic speakers for my record player, but JBL and Bose might have better or cheaper options too.

It could be due to a number of things. Make sure the Bluetooth connection is on and in range. Make sure the turntable and speakers are set to Bluetooth mode, and they’re directly connected to each other. Make sure the speakers are on and the volume is up. You can try resetting the Bluetooth connection and pair the two again.

There are scratches because the inner sleeve is made of paper and new record companies are not living up to the standard of original record companies from the 20s to the 90s. Also great record player choice! (Edit): Forgot to say nice handling of the record.

That’s definitely part of the problem. Brand new records are not handled well at the factories and have scratches already! Now I have that record in an anti static sleeve and luckily it has no skips. I love my turntable!
