Hi, Thank you for checking out my video. My name is Jason and I will tell you right now I have not yet decided what direction I want to take this channel. Here you will see small farming, animals, Information on wood heat, general property improvements, repairs as well as home repairs and tinkering with misc equipment.
I live in California, the area I live in commonly exceeds 100F in summer and below 30F at times in winter. I have a million interests and while they may not interest you I love it all. Below are some useful links.

Again thank you for stopping by, please take this time to give my video a thumbs up and subscribe if you like anything you see. Sharing the videos on social media is always a great help. I use to livestream every Sunday but kinda gave that a break. I plan on doing it again eventually so keep youre eye out and when you see me live pop in and say hi.
Be good to each other, help someone who needs it today and love life.

I agree. Four inches does make a difference. That's why I put a 24" bar on my CSX5007!

What part number bar and chain did you use? EGO is telling me there is no way to put a 24" bar on my saw.

It would be easiest for you to check @reusefull's KZbin pages regarding this conversion. Use the proper search criteria in KZbin, and all the pages will show up. If you're still having difficulty; I will see if I can find the pages and send you the links. The bar is a Husqvarna one. The tension holes don't quite line up, but the holes are larger diameter in the Husqvarna bar, so you can make it work. I think there's a total of four videos rather necessary to get all the details. Keep in touch and let me know of your progress. P.S. The Husqvarna bar calls for an 84 drive links chain. And that's what fits this conversion. P.P.S. It is necessary to change the rim sprocket from .325 to 3/8, NOT low profile. There are a few hassles, but as far as I'm concerned; worth the trouble.

@@John-cj3ve WOW seems like a lot involved, I definitely need a bigger bar but maybe I will wait until I wear out this one.

It DOES seem daunting. But with @reusefull's help and guidance; there is really nothing to it. And like I said earlier; the CSX5000 easily pulls that 24" bar, and I suspect the CS2000 would be able to as well.

...correction: you STILL have to change the rim sprocket on the CS2000, because you need a 3/8, and the one that comes with the CS2000 is 3/8 low profile; which IS different.
