Hey Kasey, best Settings for the Nikon is Standard. With tweaks: Sharpness +1.00 Midrange Sharpness 0.00 Clarity 0.00 Noise Reduction OFF. Done. Best image you will ever get

One note if you haven’t already figured it out: the Zf dials do lock, but only in the auto positions, so if you’ve got them on an actual value you can just turn it without pressing the lock on top.

Yes and he has been using Sony for quite some time. He switched to never used Zf and immediately colors looked so much better. This is telling me that I should give up looking at Sony A7C II which probably still has worst color science of all brands.

ZV-E10 is a brilliant camera. I love mine. I love Nikon F mount as well, not so much these newer Nikon's. Until they make an adapter that has an AF screw drive in it I will give Z-mount Nikon a pass. I love my old screw drive Nikkors. I prefer Sony and Lumix for video, Nikon for stills.

I’ve been using the ZF with the 28 f/2.8 for filming in my office and I really like it! I like to film and photograph wildlife so having everything be Nikon makes life easier and it means I can share lenses between two cameras. The ZF also has 3d animal tracking which might help you on your wildlife walks!

Sony doesn't have a colour science anymore. It changes a lot with different white balance and color profile settings. That's why you shoot Neutral-Daylight and post process it.
