i dont support products unless they they are better than just good and always with a few years of heavy use first(going on 5 years now with these) and they by far are the best made mc shocks i have ever owned,have two ps1500s with the trailer adapter kits and also use in conjunction the lock and load brand in the floor type ratchet tie downs with some canyon dancers for the bars(perfect set up)bikes dont move in the trailer at all.i have a zx14r and a vmax and they both sit up straight so i can get off the bikes with no lean by myself to strap down.these condors arent cheap but nothing thats quality is,i love being able to remove the shocks from the trailer floor to do maintenance on the bikes in the garage or clear up floor space when needed in the trailer,i bought my condors with floor kits one at a time because they are expensive but you most likely will not ever need to by a schock again:)awesome product.

I just bought a harbor freight wheel chock today and what a mistake I made. I have a V Strom and i can't get the bike off the fucking thing without a 2nd person to help. It sits down in the unit too far and you have to literally roll the bike up and over the rear pivot unit to get it off. So I'm taking it back and ordering a Condor or maybe another manufacturer that has an easy off feature. Harbor freight might work for something light but not me and my 500lb bike.

No issue with returning, but I have seen and heard your problem (complaint) lots of time. Did you remove the two front plastic height adjusters? As cheesy and lame as they look, they are absolutely necessary to free the bike, especially a heavy one. I am interested if yours were still on and you continued to have difficulty freeing your bike.

I once had a very wise boss who taught me so much over 40 years ago... he claimed that if you wore gloves .. you were more likely to do something stupid and hurt yourself. And after many years of working with sheet metal .. his words remained true. I never got cut. So don't use gloves ..just be careful.

I worked in sheet metal fabrication earlier in life, when I wore gloves, they would get cut to pieces and only last a couple days. I stopped using glove, my hands toughen up , and of course I was more carefull , I still have my hands, they work great still.
