Decent grow light that one, Claire. I have a similar one to that and it’s been a good light. Just be careful with having young plants and seedlings under it. I had mine a bit too close to the plants at 14 inches and it stressed them out and turned them red, 18 to 20 inches was a good height. Look forward to seeing updates on this one. Yes, thanks so much Daz, I'm considering lowering the actual shelf below the light a little, to about the height you suggested. I'll have to get the hammer out see if I can nudge the shelf down 😄 Really like the light and the colour given off is subtle... I sit right next to it & it's not bothering me! Congrats for that collab and having a new grow lights. Great review as well. I noticed I don’t get any notifications of your comments on my videos. I only see them when I scroll down my dashboard or when I look at the video comment. 🤔 but I do get notif when you upload a video.

Thank you Katherine! ...hhmmm🤔 that's odd about not getting my comment notifications...maybe try going into your subscribed channels list and scroll down to my channel icon and check you have selected to be notified for all my notifications... I kept missing Daz's community posts, so I checked my notifications and changed it and hopefully I should be alerted for all his notifications now. Nice light Clair!! Yeah I think it will be an ok hight for the ones that like full sun. Some may reden a bit if they aren't used to intense light. My 1000 watt is just a little higher but not by much. Smart using zip ties to raise the light up closer to the rack shelf. But still leaving room for air flow!!!😃👍 Great!!! And wow!!! You have quite a collection of plants and lights!!! Very impressive!!! Looks like a lot of beautiful plants!!! Yes, I have concerns about the height, I may have to lower the shelf below to increase distance from light... really like the light as its high power, but might have to (as you suggested) use light for the most light hungriest cactus, if I'm not able to adjust the shelf below! 😆👍🏻🌵

Very Perfect Claire, the light and the distance, I wanted to have a space like this for some of my species, I feel that the controlled environment they develop faster ... without the weather of the external area.
