Bought one, too. I’m guessing it is supposed to be like a slip joint type opener. I can only get it to work if my finger is not pressing against lock bar because my finger pushes that in and increases the detent pressure way too much. I have fat fingers, so it is hard to deploy. I had to loosen the pivot screw. It allows it some and does not result in blade rock. I did a bit too much at first and had to bring it back to avoid the rock. Once I loosened that, the action closing was more stop shut and the deployment was much easier. It also help with the finger flicking when my big meaty hands did not press on the lock bar. LOL. One last thing when opening, make sure your fingers are low and on bolster carbon fiber because it is so easy to be pressing on that lock bar to make just a bit harder to open. I have found by doing this, the flipper is very push button and does not dig into my finger at all.

Good looking folder. Lanyard delete and the inserts attaching from the inside would make the butt end less busy. Miss your vids.

LOL. Let me help you avoid a big mistake; you have knife # 007! A Bond knife! I have #196. BTW, I have not been able to remove the clip. I have not been able to remove the clip with my long-neck Wiha. I will pick up a shorty torx at some point. The detent and action has settled in nicely and will mature with use. Cheers.

I can still see likes vs dislikes in my creator portal, but it doesn't show viewers the likes to dislikes. To be honest, I gave up caring a long time ago what Facebook, KZbin or Instagram do to their platforms. As a content creator, I'm just along for the ride. KZbin could erase my channel at any time and I'd have zero recourse. Im in a state of complete apathy at this point... all of which may fail to answer your question 🤔

good looking piece,id rather have jimping on the spline instead of the fuller grooves,more jimping on the flipper tab,for that price id like the titanium to be polished and i dont know why guys make a forward finger choil on small knives,they are almost always not big enough,id rather have more cutting edge,oh and i always like to see the detent strength as to wether it can be gravity flipped wich i dont like,i also dont like ceramic anything because ive had them crack on me

but lets be honest there is always something wrong with every knife,because if someone made the perfect knife people would buy it and never buy another one again.collectors are always searching for that perfect piece and they intentionally dont exist.my marketing stragedy would be to offer 3 sizes with build options for customers to input their own basic design choices,but then again people are too ignorant and lazy to even know what they would want even if you offered them the choice so they just pick out something by eye.you have to own alot of different knives to get a good idea of what you would actually want.
