That means, even if you got implanted back in 1994, you still can use our latest audio processors. I bought the first rondo 3 in Sri Lanka very recently. But I did not found the four additional covers and no magnet, as well as no audio link device and remote here. @@medel Dear Verena, The local representative said that those are the things received when they ordered. Even some basic things are neglected. We received single magnet with rondo 3. It is also 2 strength class one out of 5. We will need to shift more strength magnet when baby is growing. But those cheapest items also not included in full pack. Here is what they say: "It has indeed been reported that it may be audible if hair directly touches the audio processor microphones, particularly when hair is moving e.g. due to wind. In most cases, however, audio processor adjustments or preventing hair from directly touching the microphones (e.g. by using hair clips or certain hair styles like a ponytail) provided significant improvements." I am trying to find out what is the price of this device, can anyone direct me who to speak with? My nephew has cochlear implant and his processor is one with the cord, he is 5 years old and every often he damages the cord and device has to be sent for the repair. They live in Bosnia and they are not able to buy extra parts and replace a cord themselves, so every time they send the device in a child is without a processor for a week or two weeks. I was thinking if he has a wireless processor his life would be much better. Thank you everyone who might have this information where to buy this wireless processor.
