The thick ribbon that's natural, is great to fray! Looks si cool on a card when a flat piece is frayed at both ends and added under a sentiment! Especially if you add some of the copper ribbon on card also!

Patty, I love the 12x12 storage packs from Stamp & Storage. You indicated you cut the color/code square rom the pack and glue to the top. Is it difficult removing when changing your DSP and reusing that 12x12 pocket?

I just tape it on, the tape comes right off.

Thank you for the hybrid embossing explanation - very helpful. I noticed you placed the dies on a black background for storage - is it magnetic? If so, did it come in that size, did you cut it to fit the envelope or ??? Thank you.

@@pattystamps Thank you for the info. I found some on Amazon and was looking for some that might match the SU containers a little bit better. That is why I asked if you had to cut it to fit the SU envelope. Sounds like you used an envelope that coordinates with the magnetic sheet.

Thank you Vickie!! My DSP scraps go in the packets with the paper, and I don't keep C/S scraps anymore. They overran my area and I donated them all to a local preschool.

Why on earth does Stampin' Up insist on calling stencils "masks"? A "mask" covers something. A "stencil" is a design guide. I can understand if Stampin' Up wants to keep independent of other craft vendors but why not call the stencils what they are? I know this isn't earth shattering. I'm just wondering. Hearing "mask" used to describe a stencil is like a "finger nails on a chalk board" moment! EEK!!! Joking aside, it's confusing. How do you explain "masking" and "masks" (opposites) to new stampers/card makers?

Hi, Patty! Was it the 1st you showed? I don't remember, but you combined the starry night trinkets with the snowflake embossing folder. In art, everything is allowed, of course, but in nature, when there's snow, there are clouds. No stars when there are clouds. We are currently in southern France in one of the darkest areas in western Europe, and this time of year there's a meteorite shower. But it's been so cloudy! I will definitely order the Translucent Flowers and am thinking about the Bundle with the Manger dies. But would a built scene with the large die fit on an ordinary sized card??? Could you check that for me, please? Oh, the circles are a must have. The largest could be used to make a circle shaped card! THANK YOU so much!!!
