UPDATE: I am LOVING this T-Fal ! Nothing sticks and that sure does make for super easy clean-up for me! That pre-seasoning is key! Just follow directions in the booklet that comes with the cookware.

I wouldn't but may be safe up to a certain degree setting. Best to read the box/ insert to be sure.

How does the bottom fair with electric range? Does it burn at the underside of the pot? Does it stay shiny.

The bottom is grooved. I have a gas range, and because of the heat evenly transferring all over the pan, haven't had to set it above medium heat. Mine has stayed shiny. Just don't put it in the dishwasher and be sure to dry the bottom after washing so it doesn't rust/turn brown. I love this cookware. It's lightweight and nothing sticks - be sure to follow seasoning directions and repeat every so often.

Hi, how’s the condition after 2 yrs of use?

The frying pan arched a bit in the center, making fluids pool on the outside, but I still use it. All other pans/pots are excellent! I had a gas stove when I bought them. Moved into a place with electric stove last July. The arching happened using the gas stove.

@@GrannyPantss hi! I have a tfal 12" skillet. They are made raised in the middle. Kinda annoying especially if your trying to fry an egg. Tomorrow I'm buying the 7 piece mainstays nonstick cookware set for $15!!! Supposed to last. Hint. Nonstick doesn't need seasoning. It's nonstick. Don't care what they say.

Picked up a new, damaged box 18 piece set of thermo spot at home depot today for $11. Yes. I was cruising down the marked down appliance isle and saw this set and thought I'd pick it up. Geez, the accessories are more than the price I paid for the whole set. :)

Thanks. Yes, they are working fine, just not too sure how much they can hold up to other pans being stacked on them or some harder utensils... which happens sometimes, especially with kids cooking.

I put paper towels in between mine - they make silicone pan savers. I've seen them online, but a paper towel has worked okay so far - I no longer have any metal utensils, so that takes care of that problem. LOL You just have to remember to season them again from time to time. Still loving mine.
