Never released in the US. Well, that explains why I never saw this in the US, otherwise I'd have gotten that version. The HHD New 3DS is my favorite version, not only the fact it's the smaller New 3DS, but has the Animal Crossing plates included.

That ps3 controller brings back memories as well. The best controller of all time and yet in my hood about half of them had broken joysticks so many times you'd hear someone say "Man I only lost cuz this joystick!" Good times. My best gaming memories were watching my brother play Zelda Ocarina of Time in awe. Thing is before that I would hear the kids at the bus stop talk about Zelda all the time but I'd never played and years later I was like "THIS IS WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT! SO GOOD!" Of course that was on the N64 and those hold the record for most broken joysticks even though it was just the one stick per controller. They drifted more than Fast and the Furious

you have some great memories with the console!! i actually havent gotten into zelda, i tried BOTW for about 30 minutes and decided it wasnt for me. maybe i need to take the time to go back to it. also the console drift story is hilarious, reminds me of the height of the pandemic when everyone got a nintendo switch and half had their joysticks drifting.

Oh I remember the gameboy screen struggle trying to find some light lol Even the worm lights were pretty bad because it wasn't really the kind of light you wanted lol 2 generations later the backlight would be a revelation. But even still the gameboy color just hit different. It never got better than Pokemon Silver on Gameboy color and I'll die bout dat I had the iconic teal color but the hello one you pulled out just now is a flex

OH MY GOD ! I'M LIKE DYING Wanting to buy a animal crossing 2dsll !!! Easilly THE MOST BEAUTIFULL handheld game console EVER! Even I already have a perfect new 3dsll myself. But the price for a brand new one online is CRAZY !!! Like 3 times more than the original price crazy. Hesitated when it was like only a LITTLE more expensive then it should be then the pendemic happened and all game consoles got a major price lift. Some got back like nintendo switch now is even cheaper than before, but the 2ds/3ds never really did because nintendo had stop the production line for good.Been hate myself ever since.TAT.

YES THE ANIMAL CROSSING 2DS IS MY FAVORITE CONSOLE AESTHETICALLY. NINTENDO WENT HARD W THE DS EDITIONS IDK WHAT THEYRE DOING WITH THE SWITCH. ive also noticed how expensive everythings gotten!! i was throwing up when somebody said Php8k ($150) was a good price for a ps vita... i remember hunting mine for Php3.8k ($70). i see non special edition 2ds xls going for around Php11k ($211) now too 😭

Does your palms get in the way of the speaker grills of the New 2DSXL? I heard bad reviews comparing the build quality of the New2DS XL to the other 3DS systems such as the stylus, game slot not being able to lock/latch after for some time and also how the camera is at the bottom of the unit and how the front camera is not being fully covered by the lid.

haven't used it extensively enough to really say! i have noticed the complaints regarding 2ds build quality but so many people argue whether or not its user error or a genuine production concern which is why i didnt mention it in the video. it is made of a plastic that makes it imo more comfortable weight wise but so far no problems with the speaker grills!
