Unboxing the ASRock Z790I and B760I Phantom Gaming Lightning WiFi motherboards!

i’m building an itx system open air with either boards. i’m torn between the two, but i don’t do extreme overclocking. my question is, does the b760i supports overclocking the CPU? i need to ask as you had experience with the boards, before i click the buy button. It does not, none of the b series boards support overlocking, same with Asus and other manufacturers
