Pair it with The Doors live in Detroit RSD. Got this for my daughters on Christmas. Sold out in a day and a half. Already seeing it flipped for 4 times the price. As you say, pass and wait for the unnumbered versions. Music my friend until the end.

I wish they would acknowledge Full Circle and Other Voices and include them in The Doors Reissue Packages. They were released as The Doors and should not be forgotten.

I actually didn’t know they existed until earlier this year. Talk about forgotten. I have not listened to them but I like when the group jams. So if it’s mostly instrumental that would be cool.

Well technically he said break on through is better on the AP and some of the longer ones to the edge benefit from 45 but overall he liked these better. I have not heard the 45s. I imagine they are great but these are fantastic in my opinion and cheaper.

Absolutely. Now I am not an official source but the common thought is they will handle this as they did ZZ Top. Do NOT pay the scalper prices. The only difference is the box.

I can’t say for sure. I don’t own the AP 45s. However according to Mike at the ingroove who is also a huge doors fan - he prefers these overall - some moments on the others are better. However these are almost half the price. So it all depends on what you want to spend and how many times you want to get up while listening!

You can get the records from Rhino but this box set is sold out. You might be able to find it from Warner Canada.

Very awesome! I have to ask, how are you able to play the song and not get a copyright strike from KZbin? I've actually wondered this from countless videos I've watched on KZbin!

You typically don’t get a copyright strike for copyrighted music. At least I have not. It goes through a check process after you upload it and In this case - the video is not monetized to me - any ad revenue goes to the rights holder. It comes up in KZbin as copyrighted content - but it says you can still use it - just not monetize it. In some cases - depending on the rights holder - you can split monetization. Strikes are usually for major violations - if it told me it would strike me - I would take it down.

@@PiecesofVinyl Thanks for that. I review figures and reviewed a Freddie Mercury fig and had the Ayyyy-ohhh playing in the background and I think KZbin flagged it exactly as you described. I was afraid to post it so took it down. Looks like I might have been ok as I am not monetized.

Nice box set. Lizard Skin simulation, very good. These are not the same records that a bought as a little kid, I had the tan label pressings - nothing fancy in those days. These boxes are good for the people who want them but I have these songs etched into my brain, lol. The Rights owners are not too dumb they think How Can we sell more Product? On vinyl, its not for me - now if it was reel to reel, I'd be tempted. Very tempted.

Silly stuff from Mr Mark. This is an all-analog boxset cut by the world's greatest vinyl engineer. It sounds superb.
