i'd like to see a video (or something in one of your books) about how to come up with your own patterns. this is something i just can't figure out. do you just have to be really good at math? can anyone do it? where do you start? if you can share anything at all about the process, that would be awesome!

strumpet42 I have thought about this a lot, but haven't come up with a way to teach other people how to do it. A lot of what I do is trial and error.... so there is not like a super secret formula that I follow. Basic algebra is REALLY handy, but I don't think you need to be a math whiz to write patterns :). I will think on this for a little bit....! At least maybe have a general discussion about it.

Bang tidy is used in the terms of,,,,,,, Oh that's really cool or wow that wicked,,,,, Yeah that dress or those shoes are bang tidy. In other words proper nice, UK guys use it for pretty girls,,,, They would say "that bird over there is bang tidy". Hope that makes it more understandable for you. Love from UK.
