A question when do you let your PC turned on for a long period time for example for 1 hour the TV and the PC does it turn off and how can you turn the TV and the PC on again? Do you move the mouse?

No, the TV doesn't turn off. When the pc goes into sleep mode, the TV is on and says no input

Just turn off the TV manually. Leave HDMI in the TV 2 PC.
