To fix stutters just make sure your settings and updates are perfect my rog ally does not stutter on anything

I have the legion go which is my favorite and I have a rog ally I owned my ally sence launch just grabbed a legion go new for 600$ and I got to say man I love it more than my ally but at the end of the day I’m still buying this and I love the ally in white not black so no not only people who wanted it black are going to buy it cuz I never did I want it because it’s a intel device and I own 2 amd handhelds and a steam poop

As an owner of an Intel ARC GPU (A770) drivers and firmware updates can do wonders! I saw my GPU increase performance significantly every update. So, I have hope for this device! Also, competition is good!

(You can search on the internet, it’s true) I really hope is going to be the same with the MSI Claw as it was for the Intel ARC Graphics. I have high hopes for Intel based Handheld devices!

Those stutters on the drop pod in space are normal for all the handhelds. Happens quite often on my legion go. I need to see the full gameplay to see how often that stutters.

@@bladeshifter The way the graphics look could also be camera focus/brightness in this shot. It doesn’t look quite that bad irl. The stutters also seem to have subsided with the installation of the intel arc driver directly from the intel site. My ultra 5 variant came in and it’s doing decently well. Ironically Helldivers 2 looks better on the msi with any sort of scaling done in the game options. For some reason the Lenovo screen makes dark/darker areas look “muddy”. As for the legion Go on other things, it runs other games fine. Played cod at 112 fps medium/low settings. Robo quest runs great at 800p and doesn’t pull too much power locked at 60. Helldivers 1 can hit 120+ fps at 10w tdp. The only issue I have is that muddy look in games. That carried over to robo quest and while it doesn’t look absolutely terrible, it just doesn’t seem as crisp as 720p on the ally or msi, even with integer scaling. 1200p and up look better, not near as much muddiness to it.

I'm gonna do some testing on a few out of the box units of the Legion Go in a few weeks and see what kind of things I can get it to do with and without modifications. Not excited because my allergies are absurd lately🤣I'm gonna be too damn tired if it gets worse
